Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior in Digital Tax Solutions to apply tax industry knowledge and technology to implement automation tools for clients. The role involves collaborating with Tax AI leadership, engaging in proposal and scoping phases, and delivering end-to-end automation projects across tax data, processes, and technology.

You will work on engagements under Tax AI leadership, contribute to training and documentation, and support post-implementation client needs while traveling 10–25%

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience with technology or tax systems.
• Experience with ASC 740 tax accounting or income tax compliance preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data tools.
• Knowledge of tax automation solutions and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Learn client tax functions and develop automation strategies.
• Participate in planning, scoping, and solution workshops.
• Assist in gathering client requirements and documenting processes.
• Communicate with clients and teams, manage expectations and deliverables.
• Support project setup, billing, and project economics.
