Job summary

Nexstar Media is seeking aStrategic Account Manager to drive digital marketing sales, develop client campaigns, and deliver KPI-driven results from our El Paso operations. The role emphasizes training AEs, building case studies, and collaborating with sales leadership to meet growth targets.

Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years in strategic advertising, expertise across CTV/OTT, SEM, email, social, and a proven ability to present insights clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, mass communications, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or proven work-related experience preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in a strategic role in advertising sales and marketing, preferably within a media or digital marketing company.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing services sales efforts focused on metrics-driven success.
• Develop media strategies for growth based on advertiser goals/objectives.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights & recommendations that influence short term / long term digital media strategy.
• Evaluate KPI's and optimize campaign performance using a data driven approach.
• Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to achieve greater results.
• Train and collaborate with AEs to enhance their understanding of digital products.
• Build a comprehensive collection of success stories and case studies to share with the sales team.
• Assist sales management team with special projects related to digital sales
• Other duties as assigned
