Job summary

A&B Business Solutions is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to support our growing portfolio of digital solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both technology and people, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

As a Digital Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our digital solutions lifecycle—from sales support and vendor coordination to installation, training, and ongoing customer support.

Qualifications

Experience in the field or a degree in a related discipline.
Strong communication skills and a personable demeanor.
Ability to fix complex IT issues.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site client support for break/fix issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Support various software applications.
Assist with the onboarding process by setting up new user accounts and configuring hardware.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems and software.
Document procedures, solutions, and best practices for common issues.
Educate clients on new technologies and software applications.
