Qualifications

• Basic understanding of ITSM and ITIL practices (incident, service request, problem, change, knowledge management).
• General understanding of enterprise application technologies (client/server and web-based).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to triage and resolve issues.
• Willingness to learn business processes and develop knowledge across apps.
• Demonstrates ownership from intake to resolution or escalation.

Responsibilities

• Triage, categorize, prioritize, and manage incidents and service requests.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues (data discrepancies, access, configuration).
• Perform analysis to identify causes, workarounds, and resolutions; escalate when needed.
• Serve as incident owner during critical incidents and coordinate response.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, runbooks, and user guides.
• Support upgrades, configuration changes, testing, and go-live activities.
• Provide user enablement and training across supported applications.
• Partner with IT leads, vendors, and business users to improve user experience.
