Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Digital Solutions & Event Technology Manager to lead technology platforms for sales meetings, leadership events, and business operations. You will drive technology strategy, improve processes, manage data, and enable stakeholders to optimize user experiences.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of meaningful projects across the enterprise. A strong UX focus and readiness to travel are required for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in business systems, marketing ops, or digital platforms.
• Experience with event planning platforms or adjacent applications.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and enterprise collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with Copilot and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide business applications and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Certain.com technology platform used for company sales meetings and leadership events.
• Assist with registration, attendee communications, reporting, and event-related processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to event readiness activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful event experience.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated business processes using Power Automate.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and improve efficiency.
• Manage approvals, notifications, escalations, and reporting automation.
