Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a product manager to lead the Digital Experience Color Tools initiative from concept to launch and beyond. You will partner with business and technical teams to develop an outcome-based roadmap and deliver market-winning color tools.

The role requires collaboration with senior leadership, rigorous development of roadmaps, and the ability to drive value for customers across digital platforms. Expect 20% travel and on-site work at the Cleveland HQ.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• At least five years of experience in agile or iterative projects including two years of leading product definition.
• At least three years of experience delivering digital tools supporting color retrieval and formula batch management.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, budgeting, and messaging.
• Lead and manage Product Owners and Business Analysts representing the voice of the customer.
• Drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch and retirement, delivering value to the organization.
