Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Digital Experience Contractor Tools Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for contractor tools from concept to retirement. The role partners with business and technical teams to deliver outcomes that drive customer value and business results.

The position leads a team of Product Owners and collaborates with executives to align on strategy, OKRs, and ROI.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or higher required.
5+ years in agile or iterative projects including 2+ years leading product definition.
3+ years delivering digital tools for contractors and/or customers in related industries.
2+ years in Product Management in a Product Manager or Product Owner role.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee comprehensive product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, budgeting, and messaging with the customer voice.
Collaborate with business partners to understand needs and deliver outcomes.
Lead and manage Product Owner(s) and Business Analysts representing the voice of the customer.
Guide cross-functional teams from epic to detailed user stories (agile) or requirements (waterfall).
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors; drive innovation.
Align business processes, data, technology, and governance with digital product design and launch.
Establish OKRs, KPIs, ROI, and business cases; report on metrics for governance.
