• Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive product strategies, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Lead and mentor the Product Owner(s) and Business Analysts representing the voice of the customer.
• Manage the product backlog, epics, and features across the lifecycle from ideation to retirement.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings.
