Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Digital Experience Color Tools Product Manager to define vision, strategy and an outcome-based roadmap for color tool experiences. You will partner with business and technical teams to develop, launch and grow color tools from concept through end of life, delivering customer value and business results.

You will lead a team of Product Owners, drive market insights, and align with executive leadership to achieve strategic objectives while working on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least five years' experience in agile or iterative projects with product definition.
• Three+ years delivering digital tools for color retrieval and formula batch management.
• Two+ years in Product Management or Product Owner roles.
• Ability to influence decision makers and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in digital marketing processes and stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive product strategies, roadmaps, budgets, and messaging.
• Lead Product Owner(s) and analysts representing customer voice in agile deliveries.
• Guide cross-functional teams from concept to launch and lifecycle management.
• Perform market research to keep products competitive and relevant.
• Establish OKRs, KPIs, ROI, and report progress to leadership.
