Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Hyperscale Account Manager to join our Data Center team. You will be the single point of contact for a major hyperscale account, ensuring client satisfaction and world-class service quality.

You will manage operational data pipelines, interpret MSAs/SOWs, and oversee cross-functional efforts for asset intake, processing, and disposal. Travel across the United States is possible as part of managing commercial agreements and delivering financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Account management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to interpret MSAs and SOWs, and manage invoicing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management for multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and be the primary point of contact for hyperscale accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to receive, process, and reconcile client assets; investigate discrepancies.
• Interpret MSAs and SOWs; oversee project scoping and vendor management for warranties and asset disposal.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews, manage monthly invoicing, and submit settlement reports to Finance.
