Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, seeks a Digital Services Area Services Manager in the TXGC region. You will drive profitable growth, lead BAS service operations, and support field sales, management, and fulfillment teams to execute strategic growth initiatives while delivering top-tier customer value.

The role reports to the TXGC Connected Services Leader and requires 5+ years in HVAC with strong project management, leadership, and MS/Salesforce skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in HVAC or related field.
• 3+ years experience managing and coaching large teams and organizing work schedules.
• Project management skills to oversee and drive successful project execution for startups and customer requests.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft applications. Salesforce and Worksight experience considered an asset.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with clean record in the last 3 years.

Responsabilités

• P&L responsibility; provide monthly revenue forecasting and growth initiatives.
• Budget control for overhead items including fleet, uniforms, tools and safety equipment.
• Risk mitigation; manage risk in service agreements, service turnkey and repairs work.
• Oversee BAS service coordination; ensure technician training and balanced skill mix across the region.
• Develop BAS service employees; drive performance through training and coaching programs.
• Ensure margin expectations are met; manage invoicing and cash flow; improve service processes.
