Job summary

Trane Technologies in Austin, TX is hiring a Digital Services Area Services Manager to lead profitable growth and drive market adoption of Connected Services in the TXGC region. You will support field sales, management, and fulfillment teams to implement strategic growth initiatives and deliver best-in-class customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC or related field.
• 3+ years managing large teams.
• Strong project management skills.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft applications; Salesforce and Worksight assets.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record in previous 3 years.

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility, provide monthly revenue forecasting and growth.
• Budget control over overhead items (fleet, uniforms, tools, safety).
• Risk mitigation for service agreements and repairs work.
• Oversee BAS service coordination and training across the region.
• Develop BAS service employees and drive performance improvements.
