Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Regional Controls and Digital Sales Leader to set strategic direction for the Texas Gulf Coast region across controls, BAS and AI-enabled digital solutions. You will partner with 13 locations and area teams to accelerate growth, align commercial strategy, and drive customer outcomes.

The role focuses on sales leadership, with collaboration across operations to ensure execution, profitability, and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s preferred.
5+ years leading strategic selling and growth in controls, BAS, or related industry.
Strong experience engaging building owners, operators, architects, contractors, and engineers.
Proven track record training, coaching and developing sales teams.
Ability to lead through influence and drive disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to a growing sales team focused on new customer acquisition and expansion.
Lead training, coaching, and development of sales teams across the region.
Drive employee engagement, talent development, and retention.
Lead pre-sales resources for Controls and Digital Portfolio with AI initiatives.
Develop regional growth strategies and align with marketing, sales and leadership.
Manage pipeline, opportunity prioritization, and regional visibility and alignment.
Link controls, BAS, connected solutions to broader customer strategies.
