Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Regional Controls and Digital Sales Leader for the Texas Gulf Coast region. You will set strategic direction for controls, BAS, and AI offerings, supporting 13 locations and leading the sales organization to accelerate growth and stronger customer outcomes.

Reporting to regional leadership, you will align commercial strategy, customer value, and talent development while partnering with operations to ensure strong execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic selling experience in controls, BAS, or digital solutions.
• Proven ability to engage with building owners, operators, architects, contractors.
• Experience training and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Ability to lead through influence and structured selling processes.
• Strong business acumen with data management and analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally across 13 locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to a growing sales team focused on new customer acquisition and market penetration.
• Lead training, coaching, and development of sales teams to strengthen capability.
• Drive engagement, planning, talent development, and retention across the region.
• Lead and develop Portfolio with AI pre-sales resources to strengthen engagement and sales effectiveness.
• Develop regional growth strategies for controls, BAS, and digital solutions using lean principles.
• Manage pipeline, opportunity tracking, and regional forecasting with discipline.
• Align controls products, BAS, and connected solutions with customer strategies.
