Job summary

Jimmy Jazz is seeking an Internet Sales Assistant to support customers online from first inquiry to purchase, expanding our digital presence and driving sales growth. You will be the primary contact for online inquiries and help convert interest into lasting customer connections.

You will log interactions in CRM, assist with quotes and orders, and coordinate follow-ups. Strong written and verbal communication, good time management, and product knowledge are essential to deliver excellent online

Qualifications

• Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support.
• Experience with online communication tools and platforms.
• Understanding of online sales and e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to digital inquiries and guides customers through the sales funnel.
• Provides exceptional customer service through online channels, resolving issues and answering product questions.
• Uses strong communication to engage customers, clarify needs, and present solutions in writing and verbally.
• Assists in lead generation by identifying and qualifying prospective customers online.
• Manages customer data and sales activities using CRM software, logging interactions.
• Develops product knowledge to inform customers and address inquiries.

• Builds and maintains customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Contributes to email marketing campaigns with content creation and segmentation.
