Job summary

Jimmy Jazz seeks a Design Coordinator in Philadelphia to act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, coordinating samples, leads, and project updates. You will maintain CRM/ERP records, support cross-functional communication, and help improve commercial workflow with attention to data quality and timely follow-through.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science is preferred.
• Experience in sales support, quality, regulatory, customer service, or project coordination is desirable.
• Familiarity with personal care ingredients is a plus and the ability to learn technical product information is valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between customers, Sales, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate communications.
• Coordinate samples, inbound leads, pricing requests, documentation, product information, and project updates.
• Maintain CRM and ERP records with project origin, end brand, request status, owner, and next action.
• Track open commitments, identify delays, and escalate issues to the right owner.
• Manage the Inolex information inbox and route inbound customer calls and requests.
• Support mapping across consultant, brand, and contract manufacturer relationships with data accuracy.
• Prepare recurring reports and maintain visibility to sample follow up, leads, projects, and Sales actions.
• Identify process gaps and support improvements to strengthen responsiveness and data quality.
