This role focuses on managing and growing Self Service customer accounts while protecting revenue and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will execute automated sales plays for a wide customer base, maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts, and collaborate closely with Marketing on campaigns and messaging.

Qualificações

• 2 years closing experience or 1+ years at a SaaS or CPaaS company with top performance.
• Comfort working with technical and business leaders.
• Analytical account development strategy using data to find opportunities.

• Hourly pay ranges from $35.34 to $49.04 based on location.
