Job summary

WEEK-TV Peoria, part of Gray Media, is seeking a Multimedia Sales Manager to lead digital sales efforts in partnership with the Director of Sales and to drive revenue across local broadcast and digital channels.

The role emphasizes building a strong sales team, forecasting performance, and delivering updated collateral while focusing on new local direct and digital revenue opportunities. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience are preferred, with management experience favored.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of broadcast and digital sales experience.
• Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall focus on business development with a strong focus on new local direct and digital revenue.
• Revenue forecasting for individual and overall performance to local broadcast, digital, and new local direct budgets.
• Providing digital training to the sales team.
• Assisting Media Executives in presenting and closing business.
• Providing updated sales presentations and collateral using up-to-date materials.
• Oversight of the digital support team in maintaining campaign tracking, delivery, and reporting to ensure campaign success.
• Working at a partnership/consultative level as an expert in digital advertising with a Media Executive and advertisers.
