Job summary

Ilba is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Sales department for Broadcast and Digital Platforms in Peoria, IL. The role focuses on developing new business, guiding a high-performing team, and achieving revenue goals across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of media sales experience, excellent English communication, and a proven ability to hire, train and motivate staff while managing budgets, AR, and client relationships with Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Mass Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three-five years of media sales experience.
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.
• Experience guiding and motivating staff, setting performance standards.
• Ability to plan long-range objectives and strategies to achieve them.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the broadcast and digital sales teams.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
• Manage inventory and revenue forecasting.
• Recruit, train, evaluate and develop sales professionals.
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and client relationships with Account Executives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
