Job summary

WEEK-TV Peoria, part of Gray Media, seeks an organized Multimedia Sales Manager to drive local direct and digital revenue and lead the sales team. You will forecast performance, develop digital programs, and present solutions to advertisers with our Director of Sales.

The role requires a bachelor's degree (preferred) and 2+ years in broadcast/digital sales; management experience is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position in Peoria, IL, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in broadcast and digital sales.
• Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital sales and revenue development for the station.
• Forecast revenue and manage budgets for local broadcast and digital.
• Provide digital training to the sales team and support materials.
• Assist Media Executives in presenting and closing business.
• Maintain campaign tracking, delivery, and reporting for success.
• Collaborate with executives and advertisers to drive digital advertising solutions.
