The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of digital/media sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to coach and motivate staff while leveraging AI and digital reporting metrics to optimize performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Mass Communications or equivalent
• Minimum five years digital/media sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital reporting metrics
