• Provide superior client service through proactive communication, order management and post‑campaign reporting.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and collect receivables.
• Follow station procedures for order entry, trafficking, reporting, and billing.
• Track activities and pipeline using CRM for visibility and accountability.
