Nexstar Media Group, owner of KLAS/8 News NOW in Las Vegas, seeks a Superstar Sales Manager to lead broadcast and digital sales teams and drive revenue across platforms. The role focuses on digital leadership, new business development, and client relationship growth.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Marketing/Advertising/MMC and at least five years in digital/media sales, with strong communication and strategic planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Mass Communications, or related field.
• Minimum five years digital/media sales experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience guiding, directing and motivating personnel.
• Experience setting long-range objectives and strategies.
• Ability to coach and mentor others to improve skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AI in media context, and digital metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for broadcast/digital sales teams.
• Drive new business development and exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for local, new business and digital revenue.
• Manage inventory and revenue forecasting.
• Oversee recruitment, training, evaluation and development of digital sales staff.
• Cultivate client relationships alongside Account Executives.
• Maintain existing client relationships and leverage digital sales expertise.
