Job summary

Capitol Broadcasting Company, a leader in local media with WRAL properties, seeks a high‑impact digital sales leader to accelerate revenue, elevate strategy, and command expertise on digital products and campaigns. You will drive adoption of solutions across display, video, CTV/OTT, email, SEO, SEM, and more, while mentoring a growing sales team.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to craft compelling proposals, participate in key client meetings, and ensure integrated media

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of digital media sales experience (publisher, agency, or ad tech)
• 3 years directly leading a sales team
• Proven track record of driving digital revenue growth
• Familiarity with CRM and ad tech platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DSPs, Salesforce)
• Strong communication and closing skills

Responsibilities

• Lead digital revenue strategy across on-site and off-site channels.
• Partner with leadership to exceed revenue goals.
• Coach account executives and translate digital solutions for clients.
• Develop proposals, RFP responses, and integrated campaign strategies.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management to ensure revenue growth.
