Job summary

Vaco Atlanta is seeking a Digital Reputation Manager to lead the company\'s reputation initiatives, monitor social media and website reviews, and develop strategies to enhance guest perception in the Atlanta market. This is a permanent, 100% in-office role located in the Sandy Springs area.

The position requires a Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media or reputation management, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, social media or reputation management.

Responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate customer feedback via social media and website reviews.
• Identify trends and areas of improvement.
• Create strategies to improve perception and reputation.
• Provide analysis and reporting reflecting the company's reputation among competitors.
• Supervise direct reports managing social media strategies.
• Work closely with key stakeholders internally and externally.
