Based onsite in Perimeter, the role is permanent and focuses on monitoring feedback, crafting responses, and collaborating with marketing partners to protect and enhance the company’s online presence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor online reviews, social media comments, messages, and customer feedback.
• Craft professional, customer-friendly responses to positive and negative reviews.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and help uncover trends impacting the guest experience.
• Escalate sensitive customer or potential PR issues appropriately.
• Maintain accurate business listings, including locations, hours, and key information.
• Assist with reputation reporting, trend tracking, and customer insights.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external partners.
