Job summary

AMA Consulting, LLC is seeking a Document Digitization Specialist to support a temporary Housing Choice Voucher records conversion project in Maryland. You will review and organize resident files, scan documents, and index records while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential resident, housing, or client records.
• Experience with housing programs (Section 8) or housing authorities is a plus.
• Ability to scan, index, and digitize paper records into an electronic records system.
• Proficiency with MS Office and document handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and indexing.

Responsibilities

• Review, organize, and prepare Housing Choice Voucher resident files for electronic conversion.
• Verify resident documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive resident information.
• Scan, upload, and index documents into Yardi Voyager 7 or client system.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure complete and legible scanned images.
