Responsibilities

• Undeliverable Checks, Policies and Mail: research new addresses and decide updates or resends.
• Digital Correspondence: review images and route to G360 or create Dynamics cases.
• Incoming Paper Mail: classify requests and route for scanning or to the correct team.
• Incoming Checks: determine lockbox routing based on source.
• Update addresses in Dynamics from Address Change cases.
