STAT Informatic Solutions is hiring a Document Processing Specialist to join our team in Decatur, GA. You’ll help manage and process records with accuracy, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance, supporting production workflows and client requirements.

Responsibilities include reviewing documents, preparing them for scanning, indexing, meeting daily production goals, and assisting in training new team members. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and to pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to handle confidential information per HIPAA and client policies.
• Basic computer and software proficiency for document processing.

Responsibilities

• Review and receive documents and prepare for scanning.
• Perform high-quality scanning and ensure image quality meets standards.
• Verify and index documents and release into the production workflow.
• Consistently meet daily production goals set by operations leadership.
• Assist in training new team members on production processes.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality at all times.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
• Support quality control and daily processing of reports as directed.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in team meetings.
• Occasional travel within the surrounding metro area for coverage.
