Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a Sales Associate for Apartments.com to drive digital marketing solutions and grow client portfolios in the multifamily market. You will present to clients, visit sites, and identify opportunities to expand revenue with new and existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent in Multifamily.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver's license.
• Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university.

Responsibilities

• Business Development – Using CoStar Group's market data, prospect opportunities to develop new business and identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
• Relationship Management – Build and maintain relationships with clients as a trusted advisor to their marketing plan and grow revenue.
• Business Industry Acumen – Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, multifamily real estate, and market trends.
• Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across teams to drive sales revenue and provide exceptional customer service.
• Customer Focus – Deliver value-added communication, share market insights, and offer solutions to help clients achieve goals.
