Job summary

CoStar Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sales Associate for Apartments.com to drive digital marketing solutions, grow revenue, and build strong client relationships across the multifamily market. You will prospect new clients, grow existing accounts, and present market-driven strategies to enhance property marketing.

Extensive classroom and field training will equip you with product knowledge and industry insights, helping you build market credibility while representing the CoStar brand.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, in-person college or university.

Responsibilities

• Business Development – using CoStar Groups data to identify opportunities and upsell with current customers.
• Relationship Management – build and maintain client relationships; act as a trusted advisor.
• Develop market and industry acumen in digital advertising strategies and multifamily trends.
• Teamwork – collaborate across teams to drive sales revenue and provide exceptional customer service.
