CoStar Group, Inc. is hiring an Apartments.com Sales Associate in Wilmington, NC. You will drive new business and manage client partnerships, delivering digital marketing solutions to multifamily clients.

You will present to clients, visit sites, and grow revenue by expanding existing accounts and serving as a trusted marketing advisor. A track record in B2B sales and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Commitment to prior employers.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Business Development – Use market data to prospect opportunities, develop new business, and identify upsell/renewal opportunities.
• Relationship Management – Build and maintain relationships with clients as a trusted advisor to their marketing plan.
• Industry acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and multifamily real estate trends.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with colleagues to drive revenue and provide excellent customer service.
