CoStar Group’s Apartments.com team is hiring a Sales Associate for Northern New Jersey to drive new business and manage client portfolios within the multifamily sector. You’ll deliver strategic digital marketing solutions, build lasting relationships, and expand revenue through proactive prospecting and upsell opportunities.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in B2B outside sales, a track record of meeting targets, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent in the Multifamily industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Business Development – prospect opportunities to develop new business and identify upsell/renewal opportunities.
• Relationship Management – build and maintain relationships with clients as a trusted advisor to their marketing plan.
• Market Knowledge – develop subject-matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and multifamily market trends.
• Teamwork – collaborate with colleagues across teams to drive sales revenue and provide excellent service.
• Customer Focus – deliver outstanding support and value-added insights to help clients reach goals.
