Job summary

CoStar Group’s Apartments.com division in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Sales Associate to partner with multifamily clients and promote digital marketing solutions. You will drive revenue through new business development and expand current accounts with data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

Three+ years of outside B2B sales in digital marketing or advertising.
Proven track record of exceeding targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities using market data to identify sales prospects.
Build and maintain relationships with clients as a trusted advisor to their marketing plan.
Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and multifamily real estate trends.
Collaborate with colleagues across teams to drive revenue and deliver excellent service.
Identify upsell and renewal opportunities within existing accounts.
