CoStar Group’s Apartments.com is seeking a Sales Associate for Fayetteville, NC to drive new business and manage existing accounts within a dynamic digital marketing environment. You will present marketing solutions, grow revenue, and help clients reach their portfolio goals.

The role emphasizes relationship building, market knowledge, and collaborative teamwork across internal experts to deliver measurable results. A driver’s license and a track record of sales achievement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university.
• Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably digital marketing or advertising sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Business Development – prospect opportunities to develop new business, and identify upsell and renewal opportunities with current customers.
• Relationship Management – build and maintain relationships with clients as a trusted advisor to their strategic marketing plan and grow revenue.
