Qualifications

• 8+ years of digital project management experience in a creative/digital/production environment.
• Direct, hands-on experience managing dynamic creative or DCO projects.
• Strong experience in digital display, static/animated banners, and HTML5 specs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Projects End to End from intake through delivery and media handoff.
• Manage Dynamic & Performance Creative including DCO, HTML5 banners and assets.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource plans, trackers, dependencies and approval workflows.
• Translate strategy into concrete project requirements understood by all teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, Development, Technology, Ad Operations, and account teams.
• Ensure assets meet brand guidelines, publisher specs, ad-server requirements and deadlines; manage QA and approvals.
• Oversee media and Ad Operations handoffs to ensure launch readiness of assets.
• Identify scope changes, dependencies and risks early; escalate and drive solutions.
• Create operational visibility using Airtable and other tools for ownership and status updates.
• Manage internal resources and external partners to meet project needs and timelines.
• Identify workflow gaps and implement scalable processes to improve delivery efficiency.
• Maintain clear, transparent communication as priorities evolve.
