Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience or more.
• Experience leading digital, software, web, or technology projects.
• Background in agency, consulting, or client-facing delivery environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level clients and stakeholders.
• Proven success managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital, software, web, mobile, and technology-focused projects from initiation through delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, QA, and design resources.
• Drive project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Navigate changing priorities and scope adjustments while maintaining momentum.
• Build trusted client relationships and manage executive-level conversations.
• Partner with technical teams to understand project requirements and delivery needs.
• Apply critical-thinking and problem-solving to project decisions and challenges.
