Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience delivering large digital projects ($1MM+) over 9+ months.
• Experience in an agency or consultancy environment as a project manager.
• Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, or equivalent software development tools.
• Proficiency with Confluence and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse teams on digital projects of varying size and complexity.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes.
• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery of digital projects with high client and team satisfaction.
• Act as Scrum Master, running Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, planning).
• Monitor and report on scope changes, budget burn, and timeline risk proactively.
• Produce weekly status reports covering budget, schedule, scope, risks, issues, dependencies.
• Serve as a key client contact and advocate for the project team.
• Facilitate efficient meetings with clear agendas and action items.
• Maintain resource forecasts in PM systems weekly.
• Partner with client service and business development on scoping opportunities.
• Coach and mentor team members and contribute to internal PM standards.
