Job summary

Pacsun in Los Angeles is seeking a Digital Project Specialist to drive the execution of brand vision across channels, owning high-priority projects and helping evolve how the ecommerce and digital teams work.

You will partner with marketing, merchandising, ecommerce, creative and planning to align scope, manage timelines, and optimize workflows. The role requires strong organization, proactive mindset, and experience in retail/ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end project management for high-priority initiatives from planning through post-launch review.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners to align on scope and manage execution against deadlines.
• Coordinates feedback, manages workloads, and makes trade-offs on scope or timeline.
• Oversees asset requests for marketing creative from initiation through execution.
• Owns quality control for email and site assets before launch.
• Identifies gaps and leads process improvements with SOPs and playbooks.
• Owns and optimizes PM tools and systems to improve team efficiency.
• Evaluates and evolves team standards based on data and benchmarks.
• May mentor Digital Project Coordinators and run cross-functional status meetings.
