Pacsun, a lifestyle retailer, is seeking a Senior Manager for Search Technology and Analytics to lead SEO, AI discovery, and product feed optimization. You will collaborate across Paid Media, Analytics, Engineering and Site Merchandising to drive improvements and measurable business impact.

With 6+ years in SEO, marketing tech, or digital analytics, you will manage feeds, data quality, tagging, and tracking while evaluating new AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience across SEO, marketing technology, ad operations or digital analytics.
• Strong technical SEO expertise and understanding of AEO/GEO.
• Experience managing product feeds and data quality across marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of tagging, conversion tracking and audience activation.
• Experience applying AI or automation to marketing workflows and assessing impact.
• Ecommerce/retail or DTC experience with large product catalogs.

Responsabilités

• Lead SEO, AEO and GEO initiatives to improve visibility and discoverability.
• Own product feed quality and optimization across advertising, shopping, social commerce and discovery.
• Define tracking and measurement for paid media, with strong QA.
• Partner with Engineering, Analytics and Creative to translate data into actions.
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting for marketing performance.
