You will lead high-impact initiatives from concept through post-launch, collaborating with IT, Marketing, Merchandising, and external partners to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of leadership in large-scale retail eCommerce and digital tech.
• Architect-level proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and related platforms.
• Experience with DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and automated testing.
• Strong project governance and budgeting experience.
• Knowledge of information security standards and PCI compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and constraints.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PacSun’s eCommerce technology owner, leading evaluation, prioritization, development, implementation, and optimization of digital systems and solutions.
• Direct high-priority eCommerce initiatives from concept to delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, QA, launch, and post-live support.
• Identify risks and opportunities for improvement; lead cross-functional efforts to mitigate risks and resolve problems.
• Define and maintain the digital technology roadmap; evaluate platforms, AI capabilities, and architectures for scalability and security.
• Provide deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud to deliver seamless, high-performing customer experiences.
• Oversee the full digital journey—site, mobile app, content, and checkout—using analytics and A/B testing to optimize engagement.
• Lead frequent sprint deployments and platform optimizations to drive growth and responsiveness to business needs.
• Foster strong cross-functional partnerships; manage competing priorities and align technology with business goals.
• Collaborate across IT, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Finance and external partners.
• Operate with high integrity and confidentiality, acting as a leader of company culture and standards.
• Build and retain a high-performing, collaborative team focused on transparency and accountability.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement for all eCommerce and marketing tech initiatives.
