Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Digital Program Coordinator to serve as the central operational backbone for the Upper Midwest region. You will manage SaaS licensing, onboarding, and project records within ERP and service tools, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment.

You will coordinate with Digital team members on installations, maintenance, and remote monitoring, while producing dashboards and enabling proactive client communication. Strong organizational and SaaS skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, operations or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5+ years in project coordination or service resource coordination.
• Experience in technical field service environments and SaaS models.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provisioning, onboarding, and activation of cloud platforms and SaaS apps.
• Maintain digital project records in ERP and field service software.
• Track milestones, schedules, and KPIs for regional leadership.
• Prepare and publish weekly/monthly project status dashboards.
• Support SOPs and continuous improvement across regional digital ops.
