Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Digital Program Coordinator to serve as the backbone for regional digital operations. You will manage SaaS contracts, onboard cloud platforms, and track performance across the Upper Midwest, ensuring timely renewals and accurate project records.

You will collaborate with Digital Help Desk and field leaders, prepare KPI dashboards, and support provisioning, scheduling, and incident resolution while upholding Trane’s standards and customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of project coordination, service resource coordination, field dispatching, or project administration.
• Experience in technical field service organizations, HVAC/mechanical contracting, BAS, or technology solutions.
• Experience managing project finances, including PO, expense reconciliation, budgeting, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain regional library of SaaS contracts, licenses, and renewals.
• Coordinate provisioning, onboarding, and activation of Trane Cloud platforms and remote monitoring apps.
• Track renewals, warranties, and milestones to prevent service interruptions or billing lapses.
• Create and maintain digital project records in ERP and field service software.
• Publish weekly and monthly dashboards with KPIs for regional leadership.
• Support SOPs and schedule Digital team members for installations, maintenance, and service calls.
