Job summary

CNN in New York is seeking a Business Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support within the Digital Products and Services organization.

You will assist with onboarding, vendor management, budgeting, and team administration, collaborating with leaders across Finance, HR, Data, Strategy and Facilities. The role offers exposure to a fast-paced transformation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative management or operational experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications required with strong ability to translate ambiguous asks into clear actions to execute them.
• Must be proficient in MS Office Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint,
• High level of confidentiality is required.

Responsibilities

• Team administration support: Event development and execution like All hands, offsite s, etc. SharePoint management and support, and special projects on a needed basis.
• Vendor and invoice management support: Onboarding vendors /contractors through WBD systems, invoices management including routing all required approvals and ensuring payments.
• Budget management: Track and manage budgets for approved onsite events/activities
• People operations support: Support new hire onboarding process and track & report hiring status
