Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital publishing or content management.
• Experience with CMS and DAM platforms and publishing workflows.
• Strong operational mindset with detail‑oriented, fast‑paced workflows.
• Able to collaborate across Product, Editorial, Engineering, and Platform teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day product operations and CMS workflows.
• Maintain publishing processes, tools and best practices.
• Assist with widget setup and coordination for News and election initiatives.
• Support publishing operations across News workflows for timely content delivery.
• Build operational redundancy for election and major event coverage.
• Partner with Product, Editorial, CMS/Platform teams to ensure daily execution.
• Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives using agile methods.
• Monitor, triage, and escalate operational issues.
• Perform additional operational responsibilities as assigned.
