Job summary

Roc Nation seeks a Digital Department Coordinator to support daily operations for Data & Analytics, Distribution, and Artist Management in New York City. The role ensures organized workflows, accurate data, and smooth cross-functional communication across departments.

You will partner with Distribution and Management digital teams, manage administrative processes, internal tooling, vendor logistics, and special projects to keep the department efficient and responsive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of digital or administrative experience in entertainment or agency environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across two reporting lines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver in a fast-paced setting.
• Deep interest in social media, digital services, and music/entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain department documents, trackers, and databases with up-to-date information.
• Coordinate meetings with agendas and follow-up actions across teams.
• Handle invoicing, billing, and vendor communications for the digital department.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and access control for clients and internal systems.
• Oversee social account access and Keeper credential storage.
• Process content takedown requests and assist with website updates.
• Distribute weekly newsletters and assist at events.
