Job summary

Roc Nation, LLC in New York, NY is seeking a Digital Department Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across Data & Analytics, Distribution and Artist Management. This role acts as the operational backbone, keeping systems organized, workflows moving, and cross-functional communication running smoothly.

You will handle administrative processes, vendor and client logistics, and special projects, collaborating with Distribution and Management digital teams to ensure efficiency and timely

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related digital or administrative experience in entertainment or agency settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Excellent organization and time management across two reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shared department documents, trackers, and databases; manage rosters and weekly posting schedules.
• Coordinate meetings with agendas, action items, and follow-ups for Distribution & Management teams.
• Handle invoicing, billing, and billback with Finance & Accounting.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding for clients and ensure proper access and documentation.
• Oversee artist account access across social platforms and Keeper credential storage.
• Process content takedown requests and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Assist with website updates and routine content maintenance across Roc Nation sites.
• Compile and distribute weekly newsletters and support event coverage.
