Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide customers using the Leucipa digital production optimization platform. This role partners with delivery, product, support, and commercial teams to drive adoption, value realization, and renewal opportunities.

As the bridge between customers and Baker Hughes, you will define success plans, monitor KPIs, and coordinate governance with cross-functional teams to ensure measurable outcomes and long-term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, petroleum/production engineering, data science or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years in Systems Administration.
Minimum of 15 years in Oil & Gas operations or digital transformation programs.
Master's degree
Experience with production optimization workflows
Knowledge of artificial lift technologies (ESP, Gas Lift, PCP) and production surveillance

Responsibilities

Developing and managing customer success plans aligned with business objectives.
Defining and tracking customer KPIs, value drivers and outcomes.
Leading value realization reviews and executive business reviews.
Ensuring customers achieve production, efficiency and sustainability targets.
Establishing measurable success criteria and communicating progress to stakeholders.
Driving adoption of Leucipa workflows, dashboards, AI/ML capabilities, and optimization apps.
Coordinating training, enablement and change management activities.
Promoting best practices and success stories across customer organizations.
