Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Product Execution Engineer to deliver process and software solutions to new clients in the energy and industrial sectors. You will partner with customers across disciplines and regions, guiding process changes and blueprinting asset management workflows.

You will engage internal stakeholders to ensure sustainable delivery, support ARMS software implementation, and work with ERP systems like SAP and Ariba.

Qualifications

• Experience applying reliability methods in industry.
• Experience in managing change at process level.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• IT acumen with ability to analyze complex data and adapt to new systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Ariba).
• Spanish speaking capability is required.

Responsibilities

• Developing and fostering relationships with customers across disciplines, divisions and regions.
• Providing process change expertise and guidance for customers.
