Job summary

Builders FirstSource seeks a Digital Product Specialist to drive digital transformation across Alaska. You will enable the integration of online and offline sales channels, coach sales teams on platforms like MyBLDR, SF.com, and Paradigm, and unlock new revenue streams through digital initiatives.

You will collaborate with field teams, develop cross-channel campaigns, and prioritize enhancements based on market needs to grow regional revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in building products or construction industry
• 2+ years’ experience using a CRM to keep sales activities up to date
• Proven ability to build relationships with builders, architects, developers and wholesalers

Responsibilities

• Drive MyBLDR adoption across the region with coaching and value demonstration
• Train and enable SF.com usage for pipeline management and reporting
• Lead Paradigm adoption with sales reps to improve estimate accuracy and accelerate sales cycles
• Generate Ecommerce revenue by converting online leads and supporting account teams
• Coordinate cross-channel initiatives and ensure consistent customer experience across channels
